In welcoming the Spring, I have launched myself into Spring cleaning mode- not just for my home- but also for mind, body and soul. I came across this quote, and I felt it was a perfect reflection to this moment. One of my goals moving forward with my "cleansing" is to not hold on to any negativity from the past that is preventing me from accepting prosperity and abundance into my life. I don't want to allow the disappointments I've had in the past with people or business ventures prevent me from accepting new friends and new healthy opportunities in my life that I would miss out on by holding on to past failures.
When you really think about it, NOW is the most powerful moment, because the now is where you have the power to create. Every minute you spend worrying about the future or regretting the past is a minute lost, because really all you have to live in is the present. The now is what gives you actionable strategies to start living every minute as it occurs. In this day and age of Facebook, it is easy to constantly compare yourself with your acquaintances and friends. It is important to ground yourself and know that everyone on social media is just presenting the best "cover" to their lives that they can present, and you really don't know the reality of other people's lives. What really matters is being present in your own life and focusing on the gratitude of each moment- that is the true the key to happiness.
What do you do the stay in the now?
