AQUAMARINE: A stone of sea and the water, Aquamarine is known to bring in serenity and its calming energies help to reduce stress and clarify perception. A wonderful stone for meditation, it invokes high states of consciousness and awareness.

WHITE TURQUOISE: A valued power stone used in amulets since time immemorial, Turquoise is said to provide solace for the spirit and vitality for the body. The stone is known to instill inner calm, aid creative expression and stimulate romantic love. Having been called the “sky stone” or “stone of heaven”, it was believed that turquoises' high vibrations can build a spiritual bridge between worlds and give strong powers of intuition to its bearer.

BODHI SEED: Bodhi seeds have a sacred meaning throughout Buddhism, as it was under the Bodhi tree that the Buddha first achieved enlightenment. Bodhi seeds are said to guard against negative energy, offer protection and bring peace and prosperity to its wearer.

DRUZY QUARTZ: The crystals are said to help draw in positive energy while dissipating negative thoughts and emotions by radiating them away through many tiny points.

A Mala is a simple, sacred and effective meditative tool for prayer and reflection. Traditionally consisting of 108 beads, it can help to amplify intention, reduce stress and enhance wisdom, patience and health. You can use a mala with or without a mantra. Always start with the bead next to the Guru (the biggest) bead at the beginning of the mala. Then move each bead with the thumb towards the body over the meridian point located on the side of each finger, between the tip of the finger and the first knuckle. Thus, the Guru bead descends and eventually ascends to be the last bead of your meditation. As you hold the Guru bead, repeat your mantra and make a prayer.
