Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund the full amount paid within 14 days of purchase.

Jewelry must be sent back in original conditions. Please note you are responsible for any shipping or postal fees you incur when shipping returns and exchanges back to us.

There are no refunds or exchanges for custom orders.

To initiate a return please send us an email at customerservice@100graces.com. We will send you our Returns Form, which will have the mailing address to where you can ship the item back to us. As soon as the valid return is received and processed, you will be credited for the cost of merchandise within 10 business days and an email confirmation will be sent.
