How will the jewelry be packaged?
Each piece arrives in a signature 100 Graces box to ensure safe travel, storage and awesome gift packaging! Each box also contains a notecard describing the inspiration behind the piece as well as information on the healing properties and folklore associated with each gemstone used.
What materials are used in your jewelry?
100 Graces is a committed steward of the environment and only the finest ethically sourced stones and materials are used in our products.
The gemstones used in our jewelry are 100% all natural. All metals used in our products are nickel-free and contain no harsh chemicals.
Some of the metals we use include sterling silver, copper, brass and pewter.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes, we can create custom designs for you. Pricing will be charged according to the amount of estimated time it will take to complete the design and the materials used. To begin the process, send us an email at sales@100graces.com
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Paypal.
Will I be charged a sales tax?
California residents will be charged a sales tax at the current rate of 8.75%
How do you handle shipping?
All orders over $100 receive free shipping. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $3.50. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from time of order via USPS Priority Mail. Depending on the shipping destination, all orders within the US can expect delivery within 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund the full amount paid within 14 days of purchase, given jewelry is sent back in its original condition. For more information on returns and repairs please visit our Returns and Repairs page.
