Returns and Repairs

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund the full amount paid within 14 days of purchase.

Jewelry must be sent back in original conditions. Please note you are responsible for any shipping or postal fees you incur when shipping returns and exchanges back to us.

There are no refunds or exchanges for custom orders.

 To initiate a return please send us an email at sales@100graces.com. We will send you our Returns Form, which will have the mailing address to where you can ship the item back to us. As soon as the valid return is received and processed, you will be credited for the cost of merchandise within 10 business days and an email confirmation will be sent.  

It is recommended that you send your jewelry back in a padded envelope via a traceable shipping method such as USPS, UPS, Fedex or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Tracking Number until you receive your refund. If the jewelry is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of 100 Graces to replace it.

Repairs  

100 Graces offers a 30-day warranty on all our items. Should your jewelry break within the first 30 days of receipt, you may send it to us and we will repair any defective jewelry at no charge.

We will repair items purchased for up to 1 year. For items purchased after 30 days, there will be a $25 labor fee to repair. Please include your payment in cash or check when sending in your jewelry for repair. If payment is not included, the item will be sent back.

 To initiate a repair please send us an email at sales@100graces.com. We will send you our Repairs Form, which will have the mailing address to where you can ship the item for repair. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to us, however we will return your repaired jewelry at our cost.
