SNOWFLAKE OBSIDIAN: The stone of purity, Snowflake Obsidian is said to provide balance for the body, mind and spirit. It increases perception in order to release unwanted habits and patterns. Snowflake Obsidian is also said to improve circulation and works on treating the veins and skeletons.

HERKIMER DIAMOND: A stone of attunement, Herkimer Diamond clears all chakras (energy centers in the body), thus allowing the body to be an open channel for spiritual energy to flow.

How to Use a Mala:

A Mala is a simple, sacred and effective meditative tool for prayer and reflection. Traditionally consisting of 108 beads, it can help to amplify intention, reduce stress and enhance wisdom, patience and health. You can use a mala with or without a mantra. Always start with the bead next to the Guru (the biggest) bead at the beginning of the mala. Then move each bead with the thumb towards the body over the meridian point located on the side of each finger, between the tip of the finger and the first knuckle. Thus, the Guru bead descends and eventually ascends to be the last bead of your meditation. As you hold the Guru bead, repeat your mantra and make a prayer.
